I would 100% take any class that Professor Valentine teaches he is a great man an I am thankful to have been able to take 3 of his CRJ classes. He really cares for his students and if you show up and do the work you will pass no problem! I personally believe that he is the best CRJ Professor at DCC

An amazing man and professor. His lectures are informative yet not overbearing. He truly cares for his students, and is willing to take personal time out of his day to have a conversation with you. If you show up and do the work, his class will be a cake walk. But that's not why you should take him -- take him because he's a great professor.

Comment:

Valentine is a great person, and a wonderful professor. I'd take his classes again in a heartbeat. He as well as many other CRJ Professors use their personal career experience to educate the students. Easy course load, and easy grader, for an easy A!

Not many tests. Gave extra credit and dropped the lowest test grade. Gives a review before the test. There wasn't any homework or papers. Everything was scantron. The final was not cumulative. If you show up, take notes, and go to the review, you should do well.

He is a great professor, I took 3 classes with him and looked forwarded to them every week. He is laid back, light on work and hints out the answers to his test. Every time I meet with my advisor I tell her I wont take a class unless it is with him. He keeps the class interesting with his on the job speeches as well. You deff want him ..

Mr Valentine is an awesome professor who has a lot of knowledge on what he is talking about. Before every test he reviews and tells you what's going to be on the testso make sure you come the day before. As a very level headed dude, he does not really care if you decide not to show up.

He is the best teacher at DCC. He teaches you what's important & what you have to know for the course (not extra BS that doesn't matter). He will answer any & ALL of your questions. Hardly gives homework ever & if so, it's simple. Tests are easy. He's the most helpful teacher I've had at DCC. Definitely the greatest!
