Prof Coppola is amazing!!! I fear online classes and this was by far the most organized course! A perfect flow and great communication. She is readily available and is very accommodating. Of course it's an online course so you are expected to read and follow the coursework but she makes it smooth. A must take! I hope I can take her more.

This professor I took her online for Spring 2016. She cares for her students is very nice. She's a fair grader. Expect to do lots of homework assignments with lots of reading. Every week there's about 3 assignment due along working with a partner for a case studies. She provides Extra assignments! She responds quick to emails & is very organized.

I took online nutrition and I felt it was actually really hard. The grading system is clear but the work is tough because it is based out of an online textbook & the tests are pretty confusing. Also she makes you do a case study with a partner EVERY week which sucks! Be prepared to read a lot and have 3 assignments due per week.

Prof. Coppola is great. She is very clear in terms of what she expects and she will tell you on the first day. I have taken her many times and done well in all her classes. She is very clear in instructing students what will be on tests, and she is a very organized and well prepared professor. It was a pleasure to have her as a professor.

This is a very important class its like a life support. You cannot do anything in life without being health and I am happy they added this because as a student you can get caught up really quick in sitting around and not doing anything which turns to fat real quick.

She really has an interest in what she's teaching, which is good. I thought that the workload was a little high for a class that's only two credits, though. If you show up and do the work, you'll do great. She seemed a little tired or spoke in a sleepy tone sometimes, but she was pregnant so that might be why. Overall ok.

She really knows what she's doing when she teaches. I understood every lesson and the class was really easy. Just do your work and pay attention and you pass. She is also very good looking. She's in shape and not to uptight. Definitely one of the best professors I've had so far. If you can, take her class!

The class was alright, if you ask me it was a lot of physical work for 1 credit but I didnt really mind it as you do get a decent workout. Attendance is mandatory and running or jogging is required. If you dont like to be in shape dont take this class if not then its fun. Also there are no tests which is a bonus.
