Dr. Miles is fantastic. His lectures are always a lot of fun and he knows his stuff. He gives 5 point quizzes at the beginning of each class, so make sure you do the reading beforehand. His exams are also pretty tough, but if you review the lab problems/chapter exercises, they are manageable. Highly recommend.

Dr. Miles is the absolute cutest professor at the Mount! He's such a nice guy and really cares about his students. His jokes are hilarious and he makes a dull topic very interesting. No participation points in this class and no homework. There are weekly quizzes, but they are usually really easy. only 3 exams and the final is not cumulative

I absolutely loved Dr. Miles' class. He is so funny and makes the class very interesting. There is no assigned homework but there are weekly quizzes to check your progress. The exams count for 64% of the grade, so make sure to study; his practice tests are very helpful. Would definitely take another class with him.
