Comment:

Definitely one of the best Professors for RWA. she provides lots of texts and she cares about students. Her classes are inspiring amazing and useful. I've learned a lot from her. highly recommend taking RWA with her if you have the chance.

Comment:

Pros: Very smart, provides a ton of written feedback, endearing quirkiness, professional and dedicated to her profession, nicer than your grandma, fair grader, extremely helpful during office hours. Cons: Her classroom instruction can be very disorganized and confusing, and her checklists seem helpful at first but quickly become overwhelming.

O'Regan is amazing! She is THE nicest, more approachable prof. Expects a lot from students from day 1. Provides an extreme amount of feedback, which is essential for learning legal writing. She makes class fun because she is, simply, a fun person, all while teaching precise legal writing skills. Extremely helpful outside class. Honestly, the best!

Amazing professor! No matter how good (or bad) of a writer you are, she will take you to the next level. My success in law school is largely due to my writing abilities, which is to her credit. Will miss her!

Very nice and intelligent woman...a little crazy at times, but I think some of that had to do with the painkillers she was on from her accident. Overall, an enjoyable class!

A genuinly nice woman. Always seems to be laughing and smiling, and has a very strange ringtone when her son calls. The class is tough, she loves grammar and likes to assign a lot of homework. Also the bluebook review was a little too long perhaps and wasn't really needed..But ALWAYS available, and you are guaranteed to love her..

At first, Prof O'Regan comes off as a quack with some unusual personal ticks, but is extremely helpful if you get to know her and ask questions. Uses many, MANY checklists, which can help but can hinder too. Picky about grammar and has unusual grading methods/criteria for oral arguments. Overall, a good prof & would take a class from her again.

Professor O'Regan is a very nice person and easily approchable. However, she is confusing and sometimes contradicting in class. She has very long checklists for papers that I think could probably be reduced in size. Make sure to follow her checklists completely and entirely if you want to get a good grade on a paper.

She will do anything she can to help you. Good overall RWA prof. If you have it Friday and there is 15 mins left in class and you just want to get on with your weekend, ask her to let class out early and she usually will. Awesome lady, and good prof.
