The class average on exam 1 was <60%, exam 2 was 70%. Test grading is erratic, partial credit seems randomly assigned. Tests are much more difficult than the homeworks. Lectures consist of reading out hand written notes for 75 minutes.

Yeah. So, I'm of the opinion that a 36% class average on a final exam reflects more on the teacher than it does on his students. Likes to give out C's, D's, and F's. Refuses to quantify his "curving" practices for final course grades. May God have mercy on your poor soul.

This professor has the worst grading practices I've encountered. He expressly specified what would on a very important exam, and included information from a chapter ahead of that. When confronted with his error, he gave a "tough luck" response. Awful professor, plus he's egotistical. And boring.
