Prof. Stahl is a very meticulous man. With that, though, comes the benefit of having a professor who goes over every topic you need to fulfill the course requirements. He is a hard grader, but his EI is extremely helpful and walks you through it until you finish your program. This means that you will leave his office with a completed program.

Stahl is better teaching higher level courses. He is a genius, but can be rough when dealing with people. He will help ya with EI, but you have to plan it b/c he does a good job of hiding away from his office. He is not my first choice for a teacher, but i would take him again.

You would think this class would be interesting compared to other comp sci courses. WRONG! This guy is ultra-boring. On the bright side, his voice is ultra-soothing and will keep you well rested. He introduces these hard topics that you can somehow make good things from but exam time = failure.

Not good at all. E.I. means sitting down and watching him do your homework for you. Class is boring and does nothing for you. Be sure to buy a book because that's the only way you'll learn anything!

If you are already comfortable with the material this guy isn't that bad. But don't expect to get an A, he gives no partial credit on tests (at all). He tends to teach over the classes head, introducing new material without explaining what it is he is doing. Good luck if you get stuck with this guy.

Manages to give projects that students complete well and generate a accurate 3d model with lighting and movement, and then still manage to fail an exam on that very subject. Only teacher I have ever had that can actually make you forget he is in the room, while in the process of teaching.
