The exam is bizarre and irrelevant, at best. The class has little to nothing to do with law, but focuses on a socio-economic, quasi-philosphic stance against the very idea of property. While the professor is helpful, intelligent, and pleasant, the class is absolutely useless, especially in relation to the bar.

My main concern in rating professors are their exams. Hands down, worst exam I've ever taken in any academic institution. Worse than elements. Your grade is purely random. The consensus among the students was that they would have done the same on the exam, maybe even better, if they took it on the first day of class.

sweet professor. i really enjoyed his class. you can tell he cares for his students. he is kind of an absent-minded professor but you learn alot about property. only negative is that he takes 2 month to grade exams.

Professor Abraham is very entertaining in class and there's never a dull moment. However, he got lazy for my final and recycled an essay question that was handed out w/ a model answer to my section of the class. Many people love him but I'm not one of them.

Great prof. - really enjoys teaching. Warning: will (theoretically) call on everyone at random using a seating chart with pics, and will (accidentally, I think) call on the same 10 people over and over again - be prepared if you're one of them! But the answer he's looking for is usually right in the book and he'll lead you to it.

As a person - I love him - entertaining and extremely smart. Sometimes it is hard to know what his asking for - in class and on exams (unfrotunately). Harder grader than you would think given his rep and demeanor. Still - fun to learn property from someone with such a liberal view.

Had him in Spring 2003. Other than telling me "he felt sorry for my children" because I made a conservative remark, he was a great guy and easy to talk to. His exam is super easy if you look over his old exams.
