Dr. Dickau is an incredible professor, but an even more incredible human being. He cares greatly for his students and goes out of his way to help them succeed. He expects his students to practice, work hard, and care about the course. Do your work and participate in class, and you will earn a good grade. He is flexible yet expects a lot.

If you are interested in the MNSU concert choir I would highly suggest you audition. You will not find a conductor as educationally friendly as Mr. Dickau, He has written many pieces of music that we sing and makes rehearsal fun [On a serious note of course]The sound of our choir is tremendous.
