Comment:

Great online class!! If your looking for an easy class to take online this is it. You don't need the book he puts study notes and powerpoints for every chapter online. Test are 50 MC and if you read over the notes you'll get an A. He also curves the tests. HW is easy and only 10% of grade and 3 tests 90%. Unless he changes for future classes.

I took his course online, and it was very easy. The way he lays out the course is very fair and allows you to do most of the work at your leisure throughout the semester. The coursework itself is easy, but he is sometimes vague on what he is asking for in each assignment. Buying the book is optional since most of the content is in the powerpoints.

Individual paced assignments are interesting and helpful. Syllabus treats you as an adult and you have to keep up with your work. Tests are relatively easy. Not a hard class at all.

His syllabus is VERY confusing. Make sure to pay attention to what is due. He isn't strict so he's willing to work with you. Tests are pretty hard but he graded on a curve. Not the best at teaching. No need to buy book, just review powerpoints. Online class was easy.

Not my favorite. I have a feeling he was strong armed into teaching this class online. Very ambiguous with the amount of work needed. The required amount only gives you a low B or high C... He determines how much you should have done based on the rest of the class at the end of the semester (it's online) so you essentially need to do them all...

Don't waste your $ on the textbook, just get the powerpoints off his website and you are set. Class is nothing but lecture and is really boring. Attendance isn't mandatory but he gives pop quizzes frequently which count towards participation part of the grade. Half of questions on test don't make much sense but he curves them so don't worry.

Very good instructor but, not easy. He teaches straight from powerpoints and gives unannounced quizzes (beginning of class)to make sure people are paying attention. This class is 75% lecture and 25% group work. You also have a group final presentation. If you don't public speak very well, rethink taking his class. Grades tests on a curve.

I am someone with over five years in the "Internet Industry" - Dr.Eppright is an excellent professor. He has a very indepth understanding of the materials. His tests are very challenging but the final paper for 4880 is on par with real world requirements.

Very nice guy, but not a good teacher. I didn't learn anything in either of his classes. Everything is focused on his PowerPoint slides. If it wasnt for his curve on tests, many people would fail his classes. Tests are way too long (5-6 chapteres usually), but he is very leanient at the same time.

Egotistical jerk! He would come to class and tell us how to do something in Dreamweaver, I would mention a better way, He would cut me down and then come in the next day and present what I said as his idea. I guess you can give him credit for learning the program, albeit at my expense.

This guy has learned everything he knows from last years PC Magazine. He thinks he is informative but comes across as an uninformed bafoon to anyone that has half a sense to know better. Cutting edge high tech, NO? ****, maybe.
