Professor Feigley is one of the best professors I have ever had. I learned so much as he is an expert in his field. Didnt think I would like sport psychology and find it as interesting as I did. If you go to class, study the book the night before, and just pay attention to his lectures you will get an A- anyone who doesnt is lazy. Take him!

You need to read the book chapter by chapter. His exams include details from the book and some questions from the lecture. His assignments are a pain, turn them in on time. He doesn't communicate with his TA and so they grade differently which is annoying. The end of term paper criteria isn't specific at all. He is a cute old man. Do the EC.

Really enjoyed Prof. Feigley's class. Expert in his field and is a very knowledgeable man. Has a good sense of humor and is very fair and more than willing to help you if needed. The book is ESSENTIAL. If you thoroughly read the book and show up you should be fine.

Horrible professor. He goes on tangents when he teaches. You literally have to memorize everything in his lectures because the exams are super random. He also isn't very polite or helpful. Would never take him again.

Very nice professor with a sense of humor! Grades fairly. Attendance is not mandatory but exams are easy if you just go to class and thoroughly read the assigned chapters. One of my favorite professors and had a wonderful experience taking this class! SUB

Dr. Feigley was great!! His exams are a little tricky but there are plenty of opportunities to improve. Definitely study the power points and read the chapters from the book! Even though writing his 10 page term paper was brutal, he grades extremely fair. Honestly, just do what he tells you to do and you should be good!

VERY HELPFUL! I took Stats for Exercise Science with him and it was clearly not an easy class. However, he will be there if you ask for help and u must pay attention in class. 4 exams and then a Final, 16 SPSS Assignments and daily homework for Extra credit. You get many chances to boost up your grade. Seems a lot but manageable.

I have feigley for psych of sport and exercise. exams are pretty hard to get an A on even with reading all the chapters and powerpoints, but are worth only 10% each. he added a 10 page paper this semester worth 40% which i wish i knew before taking the class. hopefully he is a lenient grader with it because it is worth the majority of your grade.

Most incensensitive, unhelpful, overwhelming professor. He told me to drop my major and "give up" too. Expect constant studying and assignments. I definitely don't recommend this professor at all.

Dr. Feigley is an amazing professor. If you really pay attention in class you will understand everything and if you do the homework before the lecture as he recommends it'll be even easier. His exams are really long but they're open book so they're do-able but not easy. SPSS assignments are annoying but overall he's great! Love him.

Feigley is the man. Not only is he great for clearing things up at office hours, he's also an adviser for the exercise science and sport management major, which I assume you're in if your're taking this course. One of the most helpful professors I've had to date and actually cares about his students.

took him for stats, which is an easy A. sport psych- totally different story.. terrible class. he rambles about gymnastics for a majority of the lecture and none of this material is in the exams. all the exam questions come from the book so lecture is pointless. common sense will get you a B but you have to memorize the book for an A.

Overall decent class. The material wasn't that hard. He has 4 exams that are not bad. The majority of the exams come from samples he posts on Sakai. I would go to class because it's easy to get lost. He does talk way to fast. Good at providing help to those who need it.

One of the most fair professors I've ever had at RU. Also a nice guy. He wants his students to do well--will help any way he can. Easy open-notes exams, just do the homework and you'll get an A.

MUST GET THE TEXTBOOK! 90% of exam material comes from the book and 10% from what he talks about in class which is mostly his personal experiences. Very unclear about what's going to be on the exam. 6 chapters per exam, everything is fair game. Other than that, he's a really nice guy. Attendance is mandatory.
