I had my doubts about him as a professor.I thought he was going to be rude and mean. But He's actually a very good professor once you get the hang of him. Without studying for any tests, I received a B. He's very fair, understanding, and EASY! He reads everything you will be tested on in class. Go to class, take notes, listen to the lecture. You are guaranteed to pass.

Ferster is very knowledgable, and approachable. The best way to describe him is fatherly, cause he will do anything he can to help out students. anyone that says they hated his class, or him never showed up to class, or were themselves jerks. Take a ferster class and find out.
