Very helpful overall. Spends lots of time in class going over examples and doing review problems. Concerns himself with covering some material in depth, rather than a lot of material with little depth. Also can be very funny at times!

Teaches a hard subject, but examples follow straight from book. Only thing that counts towards your grade is 3 midterms and a final. Test points distributed ridiculously, (i.e 5 questions 50pts each all or nothing). Lets you use open notes so WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN!!!!!

Overall a very good professor. His tests do not reflect the the homework, but if you can do the homework, you can definitely do the test. Classes are funny and interesting, it was the only lecture I felt bad for falling asleep in this semester!

Definitely a challenging subject to teach, but over all he wants you to have a strong understanding of calc. Sometimes more than a student would want which is frustrating when you are just going for a grade. He is somewhat helpful in office hours, but like most math teachers he wants you to struggle in order to learn the material. Overall a nice gu

I thought he was a great prof, very helpful and nice. He made sure to do an example in class for every homework problem we were assigned, and unlike most professors, managed to stay ahead of the course schedule so that there was plenty of time for review before exams. Grading was straightforward and fair. Not a hard class if you just pay attention

Probably one of the worst professors I've had. Didn't really explain anything in lecture, and confused himself a lot. The homework was long, boring, and hard. The tests were ok, but the final seemed to be based on an entirely different class.

This is the hardest math class I have ever taken. His multivariable calc class was extremely difficult. Outside of class he is helpful, but his lectures were just him mumbling around. I always went, but I should have just studied by myself more.

Lectures were nearly useless, he spends too much time explaining the background behind a theorem and not enough time explaining how to use it. He does give good help if you ask him questions though.
