There was a lot to learn from Keefe, maybe too much. The mid-terms and final contain so much information that it's hard to get every little detail Keefe wants to hear. He goes off on tangents and I get lost in the lectures. At least he's very interested in what he's teaching.

Prof Keefe is awesome! Global Economic Issues is a difficult class to follow (that's why it's not designed for freshmen), but it's very interesting. The material is hard to grasp at first, but he is really helpful during office hours! He's very intelligent and extremely willing to help his students, just as long as you've put in a decent effort =)

Keefe is a good teacher when it comes down to it. He's a teacher that most people either love or hate, I'm someone who really enjoys his well-organized lectures, but he's not too much of an out-of-the-box thinker. Without a doubt though, he is the toughest timeline/essay grader - essays that I thought were 3s and 4s were actually 2s and 3s.

Of all the profs I've had in 3 years. Keefe is in my top two! He was very clear, helpful, and an awesome advisor. If you have a chance to take a course with him I would jump at the chance and run to get in line for registration.
