Worst professor I've had thus far. Expects you know everything, but doesn't teach it. Tests are multiple choice, but doesn't cover material. Can be rude and disrespectful toward students.

This guy rambles about irrelevant topics for pretty much the entire class and then suddenly tests you on things that weren't even covered in class. Be prepared to teach yourself because he really won't teach you much.

This class was the worst i've ever taken. He is a nice guy with good intentions. Very unclear very confusing, high expectations. Most of the semester you are in groups, have to find, and present information to the class. I highly regret taking that class, so my suggestion is to save yourself the trouble and take a different class. few graded things

Worst. Class. Ever. I loved Psychology back in high school. Here, not so much. You're graded mostly on tests and quizzes which suck because he's unclear when he speaks. You could use your textbook but good luck reading 200 pages of info. Don't get me wrong, he's a nice guy and very funny at time but avoid his class if possible. Not worth it.

Difficult class. The professor speaks very unclearly and he has huge expectations of his students when he isn't even suited for teaching.

He is so rude and picks favorites (usually girls). He thinks he is some amazing legendary professor when I can safely say my elementary school teachers are more qualified to teach than he is. Switch out immediately if you are placed in his class and you won't regret it. My new psych professor is amazing and so easy compared to him.

res2: Statistics is tough for anyone without any prior experience. He designed this class to be for people who dont know stats, but it still takes attention. All the homework is very easy, and as long as your not brain dead the class should be a breeze. HOWEVER, i found that many of my peers had difficulty in this class, but they werent engaged all

Bad Course, horrendous textbook, condescending teacher. Is this what we've come to expect from psych research at UML? 0% positive reinforcement throughout the entire course. Don't expect any pats on the back, only "read the book", "unacceptable", "incomplete", and "do better". Way too high of a workload, and way too low of an interest level.

I didn't have much interest in this class it was really challenging, but this teacher offers more tutoring and help with the work than any other. Be ready for tough work,he wants you to know how to do and understand he will help as much as you want. Ask lots of questions you will be fine. I really like him even though it was a lot of hard work.

This class was challenging, but very interesting. He's a great professor who knows his stuff. There are 3 exercises and 2 tests, which are all presented on blackboard. Don't wait to the last minute to start, you will not finish. They are NOT easy! If your looking for an easy A this is not the class!

Great professor! Actually engages in discussions - none of the other professors do. He rewards you for hard work, and it is hard work. If you put alot into it, you will get alot out of it.

took online research 2, nice person, had chats, discussion board etc. appreciate variety on discussion board. assignments are really tough. sometimes not very clear. would appreciate a little more cooperation in explaining terms, he sometimes thinks if he tells you to think about it, you'll magically get it. we are still students, not teachers yet.

I don't understand all the negative reviews. I have found Professor Landrigan's online Reasearch 2 class to be extremely challenging, but statistics is! He's always there to answer questions and tries to explain even when you're having an especially hard time understanding. He has a dry sense of humor, perhaps mistaken for a condescending attitude.

Dropped (online) class after witnessing this: A student mentioned that the questions on the first exam included material from readings that were on the syllabus for the end of the course. Professor Landrigan replied, "Life is not linear." Apparently he expects you to have read and understood the entire book before the first exam! Awful.

Took Research II online with him and he is AWFUL! Uses way too much material, lectures at too high a level but expects you to understand. He doesn't answer any questions or ask guiding questions to help you figure it out, but will insult you when you don't get it. He also expected us to post our grades on the DB. Self taught at high cost.
