Dr. Richards is one of the best professors I have every had. He makes great use of class time and really helps you nail down the concepts by going over problems. Definitely the professor you want for physics.

Had him for FYE, but I got the jist of what he is like. Always comes prepared with a lecture and activity, a very fair teacher, and is very helpful. I recommend him although he almost never cancels class (which many FYE teachers do).

Astronomy class was awesome. Easy if u pay attention which isnt that hard. He uses Web CT for most quizes , and the tests are not that tough. Richards is a pretty cool guy. Just show up and do what little work is given
