HE is amazingly helpful in his office hours. He once discussed my entire midterm in his office hours for 1 hour and he did not have any problem going more than that. " My Exams are hard. I know" (Dr. Rusin) And believe me he is honest of that. :))

Professor Rusin has a wealth of knowledge and is anxious to depart it. Its kind of insane really as to how quickly he can break down a very hard subject matter into something that you can digest without having a humongous headache after. He is helpful and understanding and the type of stand-up professor that most students wish they had more of.

Rusin is one of the best teachers I've ever had as a professor. He is really good at building on your prior knowledge and helping you figure out the problems on your own. He has so much energy that there is no way I'd ever fall asleep in class.

Everyone warned me about Rusin before taking his class, but I was glad to have him as a professor. Model building was difficult, but very rewarding. With the way Rusin presents the material, you spend a lot of time thinking and struggling, but it all comes together in the end. He is very helpful during office hours.

Rusin loves math so much it's contagious. He knows alot, but you need to go to his office and squeeze the information out of him to do well on the projects and tests. Best advice for 360 is actually study the topics from the book then try to understand the material the way that Rusin is teaching.
