The way he formatted the class made it so effing easy. One chapter a week. A review on Tuesday, a test on Thursday. It is an open book test! No midterm. No final. I would definitely recommend this class as long as he keeps the format the same. He is also a very nice person, willing to help all the time.

Nice guy, fun to be in class with, don't get sick before your 20page paper is due, you're screwed if you do. PICK AN EASY TOPIC...don't worry about boring him, worry about getting a good grade.

Nice Guy. Needs to drink coffee so he get into what he is saying because he is a smart man. He is a tough grader but if you participate it can only help you. Everything is spelled out by him. YOU NEED A CLEAR THESIS

make sure to get in his wheelhouse (latin america, civil war). in these two clases, he shines. i was around his first 2 years at KSC, and he improved each semester. he has a passion for the civil war class. (and 2 tests are unfair? you wuss!)

Had to drop it. Very unfair with testing. 90% of overall grade beased on 2 exams - 45% each, and the last 10% was for participation. Nice guy, but VERY DIFFICULT.
