He knew what he was talking about, and I actually didn't fall asleep listening to him. Sometimes the stats or ideas seem fake, but he teaches what he knows, and his tests are pretty fair. Although there's a lot of writing.

He is a distinguished professor and excellent teacer. He made social psychology interesting and taught how to think scientifically. Very rigid in organization of the class and assignments. Highly recommended class to take, I definitely learned a lot of information.

Dr. Benson is the BEST sociology prof and the nicest prof I have ever had, period! He has this gentle, understanding way about him-he encourages discussion but will NEVER make you feel stupid, even if you give an answer that is way off base. He takes the pain out of learning-you will learn so much!!
