Dean Davis is a performer. He comes to class every time ready to make sure that the material he is going to present will be able to connect with us in one way or another. He is very smart and you can tell that this is his passion. He is a tough grader, but he's fair. If you don't like professors that take it to next level, don't take him.

Probably the best professor I have ever had. I took him for this class and am now taking him for two more. He's not a super easy teacher but if you pay attention and put in some effort his classes aren't hard. And he's hilarious!! Such a fun guy, I actually looked forward to going to his class/

Prof. Davis is one of the most interesting and intelligent professors at FGCU. He makes you think and requires class attendance, but he really makes the subject fun to learn. He is engaging and interested in his students. I would recommend him to ANYONE.

Ridiculously good professor. Always keeps the class funny and interesting. Class not easy though. You better read and STUDY. The tests can be tricky and he'll tell you so. Take Dean Davis whenever possible.

Davis is pretty awesome. We always got out of class early and no homework was ever assigned. Exams were a bit tricky, but most of them are open book + he curves them. I would definitely recommend him to anyone interested. He keeps class pretty interesting with his personality.

He is clearly passionate about the class and it makes lectures fun and easy to follow. Sometime the side stories can be a little off topic but he always brings it back to the class. Quizzes almost every week but they are only 15 questions and multiple choice. Then there's one group project and a paper.

Professor Davis was my favourite professor I have had so far. He made my 9am class worth it! He was super energetic and passionate about teaching and definitely knew what he was talking about. His class is not "easy" per say, but if you show up and do the readings you'll know what is happening. I will recommend Dean Davis to EVERYONE!
