Sometimes it was difficult to understand his sarcasm. When I went for office hours, he didn't seem to understand my perspective. It was hard to approach him. I learned a lot in the class, and it raised my interest level.

I really like Dr. Matura. He is a normal guy. He tells you what is going to be on the test and what u need to study and what not to waste your time with. He also will allow students to argue their points about test questions they thought were unclear. An extremely nice guy!! Definaltey try and take him! Lineant!*sp

The man wastes your time with every second that he teaches. He is full of it and does very little in the way of actual teaching. He is extremely liberal and prefers to make snide comments rather then actually say what is on his mind. He is quite nice to

I retook his class to raise my GPA and he was the most helpful person about it. He really worked with me and allowed me to just retake what I had messed up on, so I didn't have to do all teh work. He knows his subject, and has the funniest stories to tell in class. Not afraid to express his opinion, but doesn't offend anyone. Take him!

A nice teacher and easy to get along with. He does tend to be a little long winded and goes off subject a lot. Although not my favorite classes, I would take his class anytime.

Overall he is pretty easy if you can stand to listen to all of his stories. He has been at or part of most major events in the field since the sixties. Nice guy just a little full of it.
