It is interesting reading the current comments about Dean Frazier. I had him in 1966 at Cuesta College. I remember what a great vocabulary he had and how enthusiastic he was about politics and current events (though the class I had was American history). He was very animated and kept my interest. It makes me believe that people don't changemuch

Complete raving idiot. Asked my econ prof about ideas he maniacally yelled in class and my prof laughed at me. There is no questioning Dean when he is on his idiot rants. He yelled at us that "malnutrition" is just a euphemism for starvation when even half educated people know the two words describe different problems requiring seperate solutions.

Mr. Frazer was the best professor I ever had, and I have obtained my undergrad and graduate (doctorate) degrees from two different Division 1 universities. I proudly earned a B in a class helped me analyze issues/events from another perspective. Interesting. Thought provoking. I enjoyed the yelling. You da man.

Here's a teacher who litterally yells, rants and raves when he gets excited. If you're intimidated or turned off by loud, rambunctious people do NOT take this class. But if you like to be entertained - this man's wonderful. He's VERY intellitent, fair-minded, clear about assignments and extreamly passionate about his subject. I loved his classes!!!

God aweful and dredful class. Got too excited in class and tended to yell. Needs to retire or be fired but won't because he has been there too long. Lectures were drawn out and same with movies. Not too much homework but tests were a lot of writing. I'm not sure how I passed!!

HARD HARD HARD HARD! My boyfriend at the time got a C, while I got a D...and he fell asleep in class too. Can't say I'm mad b/c my BF got yelled at by Frazer. That is one thing I will always remember about Frazer is that he yelled A LOT!

I was in college full time for just over 7 years. After countless professors, there isn't one I would rather sit in front of and listen to for an hour more than Dean. Leftist liberal but gives Reagan his props. Smart, sharp, educated as hell, this guy gives you about 60 times the education you pay for. There should be a tip jar on his desk!!

Dean's a brilliant professor. He's captivating and incredibly versed in all things history. Honestly, you have never experience anything like one of his lectures. He is a God. Every day of his classes blow you away - and so do his tests. Hardest classes I've ever taken. I accepted two C's without complaint because he's such an amazing guy. TAKE HIM

This may have been the hardest course I have ever taken, but one of the best. I was not very interested in history but I was captivated by Frazer. He puts on an absolute performance that may leave you giddy or in tears. Frazer can make 1 1/2 hours seem like 30 minutes.
