Took the online course. For the most part at the beginning, there is some heavy reading to do that is a must in order to pass the test. After the reading is over, the program for learning excel and MS word is very helpful. If you have a question, it is hard at times to get a response by email. I don't mind if I have to take this class again.

HORRIBLE TEACHER! I would never advise anyone to take this class. If you experience problems or have any questions about your work then good luck on getting an answer. It takes her days to respond which is normally after your due date for your school work so you will fail that portion of the class.

It does not get much easier than this class. You have 2 chances to complete quizzes and can even check your answers before you submit. You also get multiple chances on tests. There is a group project that I ended up having to do myself since my partner never showed up but I did not mind. Anybody who thought this course was hard was just LAZY!!!

Super easy class. Follow the directions and you'll get an A. The final is a follow the directions test, nothing new, and no need to study. Do the work and you'll pass.

If you like taking initiative and learning on your own then this class is for you. I have had to email her like 4 or 5 times before she ever got back to me, and the answers are very brief, usually not longer then a short sentence that does not clearly tell you what you wanted to know. But other than that, you do the work and you get an A.

Professor Towns is a good teacher. You must have the book to do the assignments. She is quick to respond to emails. However, at the end of the semester I noticed I was missing an exam grade. I emailed her about this because wanted to know why and she never responded. So my grade went from a 92.5% to a 77% because of this test and the final.

She is a very nice person. Very helpful and easy to understand. She is well knowledged in most IT fields and knows her stuff. She has been my instructor for 2 courses this year. She is also easy on people when it comes to late work. Respect her and she will respect you!

Mrs, Towns was and is a very sincre in helping her students pass this course. She was always willig to help during our labs exercises. I would recommend her to an student in any class. If I deide to take additional computer classes, I would definetly choose her as an instructor.
