This instructor is a tough one but watch out, because before you know it, you will have excellent form and true knowledge of algebra. Very helpful for students who ask! Asking and taking time out to help yourself is the key. Would highly recommend if you actually want to learn algebra.

She honestly is the worst teacher I have ever had. Not only does she not explain things clear to students she also talks to everyone as if they are dumb little kids. Her grading is crazy. If you have the problem right & show your work it is still wrong almost always. You only get it right if you do it her way. I can go on & on. Just never take her.

She did try to explain the content in a variety of ways, but wasn't usually helpful. Very strict, serious, and difficult. Only take this teacher if you enjoy/are good at math.

Mrs. Vaughn was the first algebra instructor I ever actually understood. I am very bad at math, but she taught me a lot and she was the only reason I got through college algebra. She is able to explain a problem in many different ways and she keeps at it until you understand. She's great!
