Very easygoing and understanding. Shows genuine interest in the subject and always has complete confidence in her students. She definitely brings out the self-motivation in students and does not make you feel as if you're working for a grade. Highly recommended.

I like this class. This class will open your mind to the politics of language. She's really nice and she is understanding. Projects are fun and readings are interesting. It's true! She'll let you change your paper for a better grade.

Try to keep an open mind, the class can get a little frustrating at times cuz you just want to yell at her and tell her this is America it is not a bad thing to know the English language andbe able to read. If you do poorly on the papers she lets you change them till your happy with your grade!
