Beyond pathetic. She is the worst professor that I have ever taken. She doesn't know that math well enough to explain it. She is rude and inconsiderate when you ask for help. She should not be teaching let alone teaching teacher how to teach math.

She curves a lot. That's the only good thing about her. She gets her own problems wrong 70% of the time. If you're able to teach yourself the material, you'll make an A. If not, good luck.

I was very worried about taking College Geometry since I did not enjoy it in high school, but I am glad to have taken it with Dr. Carment. The class is full of proofs and homework assignments, but it well worth the work. You have to take good notes over what she lectures over, and she is very clear on what to study for exams. Great professor!!!

I had Dr. Carment for Statistical Methods and she is awesome. You have online homework and quizzes, and you get unlimited attempts, so there is no excuse for a 100%. The exams come from the homework/quizzes, and she is very professional and friendly, and is extremely willing to help out if you are unsure about a certain topic. Highly recommended!!!

Prof Carment is a really good teacher and person. She helps as much as possible, you just have to ask questions and stay involved. Lots of online homework but you can try the problems as many times as possible and get a 100 on every hw. Overall a pretty great teacher.

If you are pretty great at math take her. If you struggle at all, don't! She goes through long examples only to come out with an answer that doesn't match her notes, then she says "that doesn't seem right. We are out of time, see if you can find my mistake." Bad Bad teacher. Good person. Calc 1. Took the class with Mark Buckles. Passed no problem.

The homework was usually fairly easy but she did not explain well at all. She did not know what she was talking about. She used the computer to do the teaching and still didn't make sense. Was not helpful at all. When someone would ask for help she would talk to you like you were stupid then just walk away. I would not recommend this class to anyone unless you do well self taught.

She is an excellent profesor, very smart and willing to help. A lot of students misperceive her because she usually teach harder courses, and tend to blame her for not being able to understand the material. However, if you have enough drive and ask her h/for help and clarification, she will not turn you down! She is honest and has good values!

I HATE THIS CLASS!! What makes this class so terrible is the teacher. I think with a different instructor this class would be sooo much better. I love math, I have another (harder) math class I simply adore. So it is not the subject I hate, just the way the teacher teaches it!

Confusing and unclear. Unorganized. Says "Uhh" way to much. Goes all over the board without any order to the problem. Gives stupid homework assignments that don't relate in any way to the content of the class. Nice outside of class, but aren't they all? AVOID THIS TEACHER
