This is my second time taking this professor, she is easy as pie. Anyone on here who states otherwise isn't putting in the minimal work. Read the assigned works and listen to what she says in class, and you without a doubt recurve the easiest A. She has always helped improve my writing through essays, which also are An easy A. Good luck!

Easy class, honestly. For an American lit class, its easier than u expect. read and couple of short stories and poems and went over them a lot, and got 3 tests on them, and that's the major part of ur grade. I could've got an A but I messed up on one of the exams... basically not a lot of work just read the assignments. Recommend if u gotta take it

She's just not a very good teacher. Like previous reviewers have said, she looks for the tiniest and most frivolous details to quiz you on. She'll take a 20 page short story, and ask a question about a meal someone had on page 6 paragraph 2. It could just be a little sentence, but she'll quiz you on it (rather than focusing on the overall story).

She is an awesome professor. She looks for very small details in stories, but she usually talks about what she's looking for in her lectures. Pay attention to what she says, and you will get an easy A.

She's an easy teacher to get along with. Just show up for class, read the short stories or poems, and ask any questions if you don't understand what you've read. Get an A on her two tests and and do well on her 3 quizzes, you won't have to take the final. As long as you read what you're suppose to once or twice, you'll pass with ease.

She is nice, but her tests are kind of hard. She goes deep into details. She will ask "What color was the painting?", I'm thinking that's not important so I don't remember. I wish on her tests she would be specific and ask EXACTLY what she is looking for.

I am 2 days into this class and I already think her teaching method is a joke. Instead of teaching us anything she asks the stupidest questions for US to answer in class. I haven't even learned anything and doubt I will.

She was straight forward in her expectations and pretty much gave you in class all the information you needed to get an A on her quizzes and exams. I can see how others might have thought she was boring, but it's really the material covered in the course. If you read and attend the class there's almost no way you won't get an A.
