Wonderful professor! She really knows her stuff! Her exams are tough, but follow the study guide, pay attention to examples in class, and be prepared to apply your knowledge; a good percent of her exams are application. Follow those guidelines and you will be fine! She's a kind, caring person who really loves her job. take her class!

Wish my major was Special Education. I plan to go for it later. However, she's an excellent teacher. Makes the class fun and her tests aren't too difficult. Hands down my favorite professor I had at KU my whole time there. I respect her so much for her knowledge on the subject, her hard work in making the class interesting (simulations? so neat!) and her constant positive attitude and the candy she brings to class doesn't hurt! She's difficult, but hard work will get you a good grade! Loved her!

PHENOMENAL PROFESSOR. I took Dr. Lynch for two classes and she really is wonderful. She's intelligent, funny, and cute as a button. If you are dedicated to your major, you will enjoy attending her class. Tests are difficult but for a good reason. Pay attention and follow the rubrics. Loved her.

I had Dr. Lynch for Low Incidence and she was fantastic. I learned so much from her class. We played games, had simulations, and she made class fun and entertaining, all while learning what we needed to know. sp ed majors, you are in for a treat. Great prof! She does lots of different activies in class so it's not just straight lecture. She's helpful and makes sure we understands things. She's funny and has some fun stories.. plus she brings candy to almost every class! She's one of my favorite profs at KU (and not just because of the candy)!

I LOVE HER!!! She is very tough and you really gotta learn your stuff! She gives everyone a chance don't screw that up because it will hurt you. Let's be honest she won't help you at all but in the long run she gives a greater gift b/c you really learn how to problem solve and how to work. Dr Lynch does an execellent job of breaking up the class, esp night classes. i sometimes would second guess myself when i wanted to ask a question or make a comment because i was scared of her reaction to it she does listen if you have a problem but she expects professionalism! remember that Her Tests are Super hard dont argue test answers either
