Dr. Deb is an incredible professor and individual. She is a tough grader but is always more than willing to help a student. She makes class interesting and truly knows what she is talking about, she's also a very compassionate and understanding person. I wish I could take her for every class! She'll explain things again and again until you get it and lets you turn in as many drafts of a paper as you want before it's due. There's no reason to do badly in her class. PLUS, she's a good person to talk to if you have a problem. She gives good advice.

Not only did i take all of her classes but she was also my advisor. She was a great prof. who told you what was expected. Straight forward. Only draw back is her tough paper grading (she was an English major). Amazing advisor too!!

If you come to class and do the reading assigments, the class isn't too bad. She knows that the topics are hard for some of us, and works hard to make class decent. Even though she expects a lot, it's 'cause she wants to make sure we learn our stuff.

This was a 300-level May term course. So, I was sure it would be hard. It was. But, Dr. W-H was very realistic about what she expected us to do. I actually learned a lot and managed to get a decent grade, but others who didn't take the course seriously didn't. I think she's a very fair and nice lady and will take more of her classes if I can.

She is an amazing professor. I also had her for media, technology and society. I would take her for everything if i could. She is a pretty tough grader when it comes to papers, but she's fair. She sometimes talks to you as if you're a little kid but over all, she's amazing

I never had Dr. Deb for the media class, but she's SO good with Research Methods. Everyone warned me that the class was REALLY hard. But, I can't believe how much she made me understand. I don't konw what those other guys are thinking. I think she's awesome and I'll take more classes with her.

This women should't be teaching, first, she is an idiot, she tried to say that movie theaters use a form of VHS tape and that media like xm radio isnt big enough too address in a class about media technology. She gets all her sources from .com web sites and it simply an idiot. She is def a child and shouldn't be teaching.
