Long lectures that consist of her quickly pointing to numbers on a spreadsheet. Quizzes are filled with irritatingly difficult questions. The Excel assignments aren't graded very clearly and are not given a fair amount of points. The exams are terribly long and consist of almost every workout problem covered. No study guides. Friendly instructor.

Ellingson is a nice lady and willing to help but tests are very difficult. Quizzes are tricky and done in groups. Takes attendance but doesn't take points for it. If you have trouble staying awake I would suggest not taking this class early in the morning or during prime nap time hours aka 2-3:15.

Deeann is a great instructor! Takes time to update students on current events in the Accounting department and CoBPA. Class often seemed very rushed so it was hard to keep up. 5 quizzes, 3 excel assignments, 3 midterms, and the final. Exams were relatively difficult mainly consisting of work out problems and tricky MC questions. Interesting class

Deeann is a great teacher, she laughs at her own jokes. Make sure to study for the exams because they are hard unless you prepare. Home is due almost every week, if its late you can still earn half credit.

I've never had a nicer professor. She always has a smile on her face and is extremely helpful. She actually lectures the material, unlike some professors, so if you go to class and listen you won't have to teach yourself from the book. She also offers bonus points throughout the semester. I would definitely recommend this class from her!

By far the worst teacher at the university of north dakota, unfortunately she is the only one that teaches Cost Accounting... prepare to learn it all on your own from a useless textbook

take it with her, all the tests are the same in all sections, but this teacher will teach you how to do everything, dont run off to the base, if you work at it, an A is very acheivable in this class from this teacher, lots of bonus points available
