If you're willing to study and go to class, it's not a bad class. Easy to pass, tough to get an A. She has a bit of a strange grading scale though, which makes things tough. Overall, a pretty good class.

You get what you give. I love her and LOVE this class. I've learned the only way to succeed and do well is to go into office hours and pick her brain and ask specific questions. Then you'll be set for the tests and quizzes. She loves the students who really put in an effort and try. She is sooo sweet, so nice though, and super helpful!

Dull lectures, but informative & necessary to understand. Lots of info condensed into each class. Written tests, most based on readings. Two easy essays. STUDY and TAKE NOTES, be able to "reflect" on info! Offers extra credits opportunities. Very nice and helpful. Not an easy A per se -you have to put in decent effort- but a good class nonetheless.

From Day 1, she was difficult to understand. She talks very fast and writes all over the board so that your notes are messed up. When I started asking for help, she was helpful and very nice, but I still had trouble on the tests because she would tell me to study certain things but they wouldn't end up being on the test. Nice lady, Very frustrating

Took her for Bib Studies and she was awesome. A lot of ppl complained in there but as long as you listen to her during lecture, take down some notes, and at least skim reading you'll be fine. I got an A and found the topic really interesting although it was brutal being in there for 3 hrs.

She seemes fair in her teaching. She grades the essay portions of the test very easy. I had this class once a week so time management was the worst part of the class. It is very do-able and her tests have 120 possible and she grades out of 100. I think it woudl be a very easy B+ if you attend and do the study guides prior to the tests.

Class was really boring, just talking about the history of the bible for an hour and a half. The textbook sucks. I never read it and it probably would have helped on tests but most of the material is from class discussions so you should go. She is very flexible though and gives a lot of extra credit
