If you are stupid, don't take this class. Krier is a very good teacher who makes you think. He will explain anything you need him to explain. I found that students who disliked this course were those who never wanted to go to class and never wanted to actually think hard. If you are a busniess major definitely take Krier cuz you will learn

Took this course at night spring '05. Interesting stories/history of econ. from Krier. He does call on random students at bad times, but he does push you to think outside of the box. Test are multi-choice and not bad if you study. Knowledgeable yet somewhat eccentric guy. He does have a problem with answering que I recommend him, kept my interest.

Hard class. You only have 3 tests that are all multiple choice. The multiple choice are hard and can get confusing. His lectures are not helpful and can make things worse. Nevertheless, as long as you study the book, you should do ok. If you have to take him, you will survive. I would not take him if you are not interested in business/economics.

I did not like his style of teaching. The class is totally boring and he takes a half hour to make one little point. My advice if you take it: ignore the lectures and go strictly by the workbook. The class is useless for the tests. It's stressful because you are only graded on the midterm and the final, so your 2 chances are all you get! Good Luck

the 2nd worst teacher i have in FSC. What he teach wasn't on the test. His 50multiple choice question sucks. What he tell u on the test are actually weren't on the test. He likes you then u get an A, if not then u 'll get a C.

Tough class, he calls on random students and forces them to come up with some sort of answer, very sarcastic, if you dont' like being put on the spot don't take this class. he does know his material and is helpful when asked. Tests arent' too difficult
