The ULTIMATE THUMBS DOWN!! ON THIS RETIRING (THANK YOU LORD!) PROFESSOR. This guy is nice enough but he is a very poor teacher. I got nothing out of his class. Also, he shows favoritism and grades on "class participation" ergo--he bi-passes ABA standards for impartial and anonymous grading. I am very concerned about how he grade "his favorites"

A really nice guy, but his teaching method is abstract. Never really gets around to teaching the rules of evidence or how to apply them. Get a good study aid to help out.

I don't even have words to describe how bad a teacher this guy is. I AM A CIVIL LITIGATOR and I think this guy's Civil Pro class was very nearly unbearable. This guy was unable to explain the Erie Doctrine in less than 2 months! Truly... Stay away from the guy unless you like him for some reason because I guarantee that your grade will suffer.

Fantastic professor! Examples in class help students learn the material. Very enthusiastic to help students and answer questions. One of the best professors at UDSL!

Give him a chance, and he will teach you evidence. Considering the number of lawyers I practive with daily who don't know evidence, and lose because of that lack of knowledge, I suggest you invest some time in clarifying what you don't understand. He will gladly answer questions and explain.

This was the worst class experience I have ever had. Turner NEVER indicates what he wants from a topic and he spends most of the time trying to turn a student AWAY from the right answer. He unnecessarily muddies the water about everything.
