Dr. Crews is a walking encyclopedia. She is passionate about her work and her job and wants every student to succeed on their chosen path. Lectures can be long and drawn out but she tries to tie in local examples and speakers to spice things up. Extremely kind and caring.

This is the second class I have taken with Professor Crews. She talks for days, but is extremely intelligent and helpful. Attendance is mandatory. Four discussion papers, group presentation, critical analysis paper, and a final paper. Offers extra credit. Just read the book and go to class. Interesting stuff, definitely recommend it!

This prof. guides you through a majority of your assignments to the point of picking out sources for your paper. This could make some students applaud, for me though, I was cringing. I haven't really learned a thing about the topic line in her class. I appreciate her consideration about the textbook $$ though. Don't buy the book its on reserve!
