Spends most of the class talking about unrelated topics instead of teaching. Missed atleast 4 days of class, gives tests back a month after they were taken and lazily grades them. He gives no partial credit at all. Almost the entire class went into the final with a failing grade in the class. Curved final grades to pass his failing class.

Dr. Burke isn't very clear in what he expects his students to know. He puts up on the board on the first day what you are learning, but he doesn't have a framework he follows as the semester moves on. I honestly don't feel confident in the instruction I got. He skips class sporadically and has other profs step in for him, and then we learn stuff.

Horrible teacher. Went off on tangents that had nothing to do with the class. He not only didn't teach, he was very confusing in what he expects the students to know if you want to teach yourself out of the textbook.
