Extremely passionate about painting. He will work with you, make you laugh and listen to you. He pushes you to do better & think outside of the box. Take his criticism constructively. "Don't be so serious about being serious!" Get to know him! If you get to know him, he shares wicked stories about his college life, and studio time.

Good instructor, pushed my limits to get the better work out of me that I did not know what was their. Blunt during grading but not that bad. Don't let other reviews scare you off. He is a real world kind of guy in a field that will tear us to shreds, we had better get use to it.

He says his opinions, exactly what's on his mind. If you can't handle that, there will be problems. I've never had an art prof who pushed me so hard to search within myself. He truly cares about his students producing their best work and takes it seriously.

Professor Goody is the most critical teacher I have ever had I wanted to slap him and walk out but after several classes with him I became a excellent painter and except criticism on my work with class. He is by far the best art teacher I know. Stick with him it will pay off.
