She is a nice lady, I enjoyed her class. She is very funny and always willing help if you have questions. Always remember your textbook, you use it every class. She will let you know if there will be a test a week in advance, which is nice. If you have taken Spanish in high school, the class is pretty easy.

She's a great teacher and a really sweet person. She drops the lowest test grade out of five tests. Her graded homework is infrequent and easy to do. If my schedule had allowed for it, I would have taken her again. The class requires that you put in the work to get a good grade, but we are supposed to be learning Spanish, so it's reasonable.

Very helpful. Really sweet and funny. Always excited to help and loves when people ask questions. You actually have to study for this class though. She really helped me learn spanish and not just memorize it. She made it a lot of fun while still making it challenging. I recommend her 100 times over!

This was my first foreign language class, Ms. Rollando taught me to love French! 5 tests with homework to hand in before each test (4 of 5 test grades were averaged), 40% of grade is participation. She deducts for over limit missed classes. Syllabus is clear, some questions weren't answered, but I could meet at her office for help whenever needed!

For typical college students who do not want to do learn, you will not enjoy Profesora ROllando. However, for those of you who truly give a rats ass about learning the language, she is the best profesor I have ever had for Spanish. She utilizes class time very efficiently. She is a good peron aside from being an excelent Profesor. La recomiendo

I thoroughly enjoyed the class. She is a bit difficult, but I did learn a lot of Spanish from her. Most of her lectures are in the specific language you are taking and her sense of humor is hilarious, one of the only Spanish classes I actually learned the language in, I really appreciated that class

She's the best! For those who are eager to learn- she's extremely helpful. For those who just want to get an easy high grade-take another teacher. Her tests cover a lot, but if you follow her in class, they will seem easy. Need to memorize words and rules,to attend classes,obviously...but thats essential in every other class as well. I love her!

Great teacher, great sense of humor. If you come to class and do the homework the quizzes are super easy. In my class the people who complained missed a lot and didn't do the homework. If you have to take Spanish and will do a litle work, take her class!

Honestly the worst teacher i have ever had. She doesnt tell you whats gonna be on the test. 1/4 of the test is about geography. shes not clear at ALL. if you ask a question if you are confused, she will insult your intelligence and belittle you. she cant teach at all. in fact, im not even sure she knows the spanish language herself. SHES HORRIBLE!

I had Mrs. Rollando for SPA 101, and made sure to have her for SPA 102. She is such a fun, helpful and engaging teacher. I loved every single class. Of course, you have to make sure to do the homework, memorize the words, rules, etc. to get the most out of any language class, and to keep up. Do that, and you'll love her classes as much as I did!

First of all, I'd like to let you know that if you have never taken Spanish before, this is not the class to take. She speaks in Spanish most of the time, so it might be hard for you to understand. For people who have already taken Spanish, take her. She's a nice lady although people think she's a little crazy. Her exams are really easy.

worst teacher i ever had. doesnt teach the test material, doesnt teach really. the course is supposed to be for people with 2 or less years of spanish, she acts as if were all pros at speaking it. says she doesnt take off points for spelling yet my whole class got points taken off including about 12 points on my test. DO NOT TAKE HER SHES HORRIBLE!

She is hilarious! A little difficult to comprehend with at times but she makes me laugh real hard. She's adorable. She's very nice and is passionate and animated during class, you will not be bored. I thought I was going to fail the class because I was getting poor grades on my tests but I was always present and participated so I got a C thank god!
