This was my second time taking him and I would take him a third time if I didn't have all of my history credits. His lectures are not hard to listen to and you could tell that he did care whether or not we were getting the material. The only grades are four tests, which are easy as long as you come to class and take notes. Exceptional professor.

Great man, very caring and interested in his students. His classes are simple and clear, he lectures on the chalkboard and gives 4 exams all year. Sometimes goes too fast and is hard to understand but he makes time outside of class for extra help. Attendance is not mandatory but I recommend it for economics. Take good notes and you'll be fine.

One of the BEST professors I have ever had, very smart man who knows and cares about the material he is teaching you! Doesn't use ppt, he lectures and writes on the blackboard which makes it easier to pay attention. No HW 4 tests all year so make sure you go to class and study the material but other than that I would take any class this man taught

He's an excellent professor. He lectures old school with no PowerPoints and writes all the notes on the board so if you miss class you're in trouble. He gives real world examples to try to make the material easier to understand. I had a hard time with micro in high school but he made it seem much easier. Very knowledgeable, would take again.

I had to take this class for credits and I was not looking forward to it since economics isn't one of my favorite subjects, but he is a very good professor! He does not take attendance but I recommend that you try to make it to the majority of his classes. There is no homework, only 4 tests that are 50 questions so make them count!

High-quality professor in the econ. department. Very passionate about what he teaches, makes sure the students are truly learning and is funny. His lectures helped me learn - weren't too boring. The only warning I have is that at least for my class, he was test-heavy. Take good notes, pay attention, and study and you'll be fine. Highly recommend.

Such a great professor! This is definitely the professor to take for Econ classes. He gives great lectures. The only thing I don't like about the class is that our grades consist of only 4 tests. I wish he had some other assignment so I could bring up my grade a little. But other than that I can't complain.

History class was really boring...Has a tendency to drone on and word things really weirdly, and that also carries onto the test which made the tests a bit tricky. He doesn't decieve you, though; everything is straight from the notes. As long as you take good notes and read you should be ok. Would not take again, though.

such a nice teacher. definitely one of my favorite at ESU. He really cares about his students and makes Econ easier to understand. Pretty hard class but he tries his best to explain it as much as he can. Definitely take him he's a really great teacher! Barely ever used to textbook though. Doesn't take attendance but definitely need to go to class.

One of my favorite professors so far. He makes class interesting and provides plenty of examples which are very important for Econ. Econ is a difficult subject but he really makes it easy. He is also pretty funny. Tests and quizzes can be tricky but if you really understand the material you'll be fine. Definitely recommend.

I am sure with history he is a great professor, but in economics he needs to not teach that class.....He is so clear during his lectures and when is comes time to his tests they're are extremely different from his lectures and notes. I recommend him for history, but NOT for an economics class....not very helpful horrible overall

Best professor I've ever had. Sticks to a schedule of only 3 exams(one being the final). Very clear in his lectures and notes are exactly whats on test. Attendance isn't mandatory but he will give you a little bump if you go most of the time.
