Comment:

This class requires you to buy an access code and the whole class is online but you have to go to class to do the tests. Get ahead in the class so you can finish it early. The class wasn't hard, just annoying. have the TA check your exam grades so you'll know if you're passing. I used the photomath app on almost everything... including tests.

You do use the textbook, but the textbook is online through my math lab. The exception is chapters 8 and 9 but he links some pretty good youtube videos as instructions for those topics, I got by without actually purchasing a hard copy textbook. He offers ALOT of homework through mymathlab but he gives you an opportunity to bypass subjects.

I loved this professor. You have to work your butt off to get a good grade in this class but it's the material that's hard not the professor. Takes the time to explain material if you ask (he even called me on my personal phone to help). I not only passed the class but I actually retained the information which is hard to do with math classes.

The class even though we met on campus was mainly online. He lets you work at your own pace and I finished the course in 7 weeks. Very nice teacher just straight to the point. He likes you to ask him questions in class, so he can help you face to face. Book was used sometimes but it is available online with the my math lab code.

DO NOT take this class on campus. He will sit you down in a computer lab for an hour and forty minutes doing all of the work online. He goes over one problem from a quiz after class is OVER. He also changes due dates on assignments so look daily.

This class was horrible. He sat us down in a computer lab and expected us to sit there for an hour and a half and do MyMathLab. He didn't even teach us, and he took a very long time to respond to emails. Very unprofessional and not helpful at all. The course would have been easier if he actually taught us, but instead he just sat at his desk.

Work is mostly online and the work is fine as long as you really keep up. Have a teacher (him or a helper if there is one) go over low exams, might give you half credit and bump your grade up. He is kind of rude, and makes fun of students, then expects respect. He will help, just keep your mouth shut and do the work, he will like you better too.

Does not teach. He talks about his fitchburg state class. Leaves the room a lot. Doens't seem to want to help you unelss u sit near the front. He thinks everyone is too slow and he doesn' show you how to answer the questions online for my math lab. Assigns way to much hw and not enough time. Moves way to fast. never take a class with him!!

Decent teacher. I had him for Algebra I and Algebra II. A lot of work in the class, not super easy at all. The only thing I wish is that he was a little more helpful when asking a question. Responding back with "have you read the chapter" is insulting.
