Comment:

Such a sweet man, but for a communications professor he is bad at communicating. He cancels class every week but never sends an email, so you walk all the way to the classroom just to see a sign on the door. All he does is lecture and show very boring videos. But he is an easy grader so that's good.

Prof. Dreyer is an incredibly sweet man, but I don't think I would take him again. He cancels class often, which can be nice until you discover that you didn't get to much material by the end of the semester. Essays are informative yet easy. DO NOT purchase the books, as he lectures and assigns based on material covered in class.

Dreyer is really nice and cares about us. Even if he doesn't learn 90% of the class' names by the end of the semester. DO NOT BUY THE BOOKS. Talks about his personal life and lectures all class, or we watch dry videos. Pretty sure he just skims over our essays. (2) + the midterm and final, and one quiz. Easy A for a boring class with little effort.

Prof. Dreyer is a very sweet guy. He will give you a sob story about his sad personal life in the beginning of the semester and tries to guilt you into doing the readings. DO NOT buy the books, I REPEAT, DO NOT. It is a waste of money. Very few graded assignments, gives you passing grades even if you put in little effort. Show up, you get an A.

Really nice guy but pretty boring professor. He gives you a lot of details about his sad personal life to try to guilt you into doing the readings, but you don't have to do them because you're never quizzed on them/never discuss them. Show up and write down what he says and you'll be fine.

He's old school, but very nice. He's sensitive, and his personal stories can be interesting. But the material isn't. Perhaps it would be better if he created a discussion between the class, rather than just him lecturing. You'll have to be straight with him about your grades, it's not clear. The videos get better toward the end.

He doesn't really read the papers you have to give in. Gives you a grade up the top of his head. I had to confront him about it and only then he changed my grade. Boring class. He says he we're all a family, but doesn't remember most people's names. I wouldn't take him again.

Prof Dreyer is a great guy. He's super nice and really cares about students, but this class is really boring. You watch a video every day, which gets really boring. The textbooks are really unnecessary, if you take notes you'll get an A.

Class is manditory, semi intresting and easy. Every day for about half the class you will watch some kind of video (some more interesting than others) and then he teaches a lesson the other half. Dont buy the books never looked at them, no homework but instead 2 papers that were really easy and a simple group presentation.

DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS. All the professor does is talk about himself and make you feel bad for him. He's obsessed with himself, his own stories, and claims you are one of his "adopted children" but won't even remember your name. Take a different professor if you actually want to learn and care. Easy class but the professor ruined it for me

Don't waste your money buying all of the texts. He expects you to read them but you can do fine without. All he does is talk about his life in class. There are 2 in class tests, a take home midterm and final and one easy group presentation. It is basically the same class as RTVF 001.

Extremely likeable. Don't believe him on the homework, I didn't open one of the textbooks. Truly don't bother. Take AMAZING notes and you'll be fine. One presentation, EASY. Two quizzes, he'll give you the basic outline if you ask for it. Midterm and Final both papers. Pretty sure he didn't even read them. Talks about himself and can be boring.

Mr Dreyer was my favorite professor this past semester. He takes genuine interest in all of his students and wants them to succeed. A few easy assignments take home midterm and final, overall great class. Expects the book to be read and takes attendance but there wasnt ever consequences for not doing what was expected. Great guy.

Professor Dreyer is someone that you will respect so much after taking his class. He has gone through leaps and bounds, but has followed his dream of teaching. His class is not hard at all. You have to get 3 books, but to be honest i never read and I got a B+/A- i think. As long as you participate and write your papers (2) you will be fine.

Professor Dreyer is by far the best professor to have! The readings are fairly simple and are reviewed and re-enforced in class. Three essays the whole semester and while the class is somewhat of a lecture he makes it fun with his unique teaching style along with several movies. He treats you all as if you are his kids and he is very understanding!

Professor Dreyer is a really happy-go-lucky guy. He is really comfortable sharing his life with the class on the first day. Be prepared to do a lot of reading. You don't want to fall behind on it, because it's a lot to have to catch up on. We watch a video about every other class too. Overall it's an easy A if you do your homework
