Me and my roommates have all taken this course with him and have determined through vigorous testing that if your assignments are submitted in English you will get an A. For those of us who are familiar with history it will give you a space to get creative and write your own. Have Alexander the Great conquer the Americas for example.

Comment:

Easy grader and definitely accessible outside class. There is a lot to do in the online class--lectures, textbook, and three additional books/ book reports. There is the midterm and final examination--it's just write two pages based on a prompt. Overall, the class is a breeze: just put in the effort, do the work, and it's an easy A.

Comment:

Mohr is an easy grader. There is a lot to read for his class and you should expect doing quite a few homework assignments per chapter. However, the assignments are pretty easy and we watch crash course US History. You will need to read three books, two at the midterm and one at the final, but those books are interesting.

Super easy class. I got 100%. 3 assignments a chapter. I did all of the second half of the semesters homework in a day. No tests. 2 papers, 3 book reports, and a biography. I didn't even read the one of the books and got 100%. Just do the assignments and you'll be fine. You can retake all quizzes as many times as you want.

I took this class because I read that he's a good instructor, and I can now say that for myself, he is a great instructor! You have to do the work, but he's great. He grades well and fair, and does a good job in communicating with the student. I would highly recommend his class!

Took the class online. Pretty much based off the book and Crash Course videos so detailed skimming for the quizzes. Other requirements are 3 book reports, an autobiography and essay finals all 2pgs in length.

This was an online class. First half of the semester everything is due at midterms. The second half of the semester, all the course work is due at finals. There are short answer questions and a quiz for every chapter. He responds to emails fairly quick, which was helpful. Honestly you will pass if you do the coursework. It was a super easy course.

i love this professor. i took his online HIST 132 AND IT WAS SOO EASY AND FUN!!! you have 3 major tests that are open book and are more like 1 or 2 big essay questions instead of a multiple choice test. gives great feedback and is really smart. would really recommend for hist and probably other classes. u can also work ahead!!

Took Professor Mohrs course to fulfill a GER online. Interesting information to learn which made it enjoyable. Pretty straightforward as to what he expects in the course and if you do the work you'll get a good grade.

I took 4 classes from this professor all online. He is very understanding and helpful. Had chapter quizzes to do and you could take them over and over until you received 100% on them. Very easy classes and great professor.

I have taken online history classes from Mohr for two semesters now. I've learned a lot from the classes as well. Each chapter has a corresponding quiz and primary source document writing assignment that's fairly simple. Mohr has a midterm and final, which are writing assignments, but that are fairly simple.

My second year in his online course and again was not disappointed. 2 pg. papers with quiz and source documents you fill out while using your book. Take the quizzes until you get 100%. Work at your own pace, there are only two due dates with a chunk of the quizzes with the midterm and again with the final. Great professor, wish more like him.

All of his previous great reviews are spot on. I took his course over the semester and it was such a breeze. You just take quizzes & take short answer questions for all the chapters. Then you have a few papers to write that are only required to be two pages. Graded on completion and he is lenient about late homework. The best professor you'll find.
