Prof. Berman is incredible and has changed me as a musician. I took N.M.E. by change my freshman fall. Even with years of jazz experience Berman's instruction and approach made me such a better player and improvisor. My friends who take the ensemble with little to no improv experience end the semester miles ahead of where they were. Take N.M.E.
