Nicest professor I've ever had! Very helpful during office hours and want students to learn. Grades somewhat strictly, but his tests aren't hard. Tests are based on his lectures. No quizzes, but have weekly homework. He speaks very softly so be aware or sit in the front.

He's very unclear as a teacher. He'll waste the first 10-15 minutes of every class telling you stuff that doesn't have anything to do with anything relevant. Homework is easy, and not even close to the difficulty of the problems on the tests. avoid if you can

if people would actually stop and realize how incredibly smart this guy is (has a PhD in chemical physics), then they would realize he in fact knows what he's talking about. more importantly though, he isn't arrogant or full of himself. he's the nicest prof i've ever had...sure makes other teachers look like crap compared to him!!

Donald Lacky is THEEE worst professor I've ever had in my two years of college. Him and the class were completely boring. I didn't learn anything even when I paid attention in class. On the first exam the class average was a 50%.. an indication of his teaching maybe? Went to his office hours & he was disrespectful. DLACKY = Voldemort in human form.

He's Ben Stein's twin. He has themost monotone voice ever, mixed with mathematics makes his class the perfect chance to catch up on the sleep that you never get in college. Don't take a class from him earlier than 10am or you will never wake up for it...trust me.
