Comment:

He's a funny teacher, but the lectures are boring. His tests questions are made to trick you and a lot of the answers were similar so you have to pay extra attention to detail. Study every single thing in the chapters because you'll have at least one question on everything in it. Extra credit is too easy so there should be no reason not to do it.

He is the BEST professor! I loved his class so much that it makde me want to be a lawyer (i'm still considering it). You need to pay close attention to his lectures and take notes. Do that, and then flash card them and you'll be good. tests can be tricky so pay attention to word usage. I made A's and B's on all tests. He's amazing.

Very Boring.. I had a hard time paying attention and really hated going to the class. Wasn't too hard but the tests were somewhat tricky. You really should go to class because you will do better on the tests, he skips stuff in the book and changes some things they say in the book. He does offer extra credit which will help you out a lot!

Great teacher! Very responsive to homework questions and available to answer all questions. Tests were hard but fair. Relaxed personality made for increased learning. Take him for whatever he offers.

I highly enjoyed Dr. Roark's class. He is a very good communicator. Class is exciting and interesting. You will learn a lot about law. Go to Class and pay attention and you will do fine. Paying close attention to wording is essential as well.

GREAT TEACHER! made the class interesting, set out clear instructions, and has a great classroom environment. He makes me want to change my major to law,no joke. Definitely take his classes.

He is a good teacher who tries to make what can be boring material, fun and interesting by offering real world examples and case studies during his lectures. His tests can be difficult, but he does a good test review before each exam. I learned alot in this class and would take another class with him in the future.

Professor Roark gives nearly all test's material in his notes. His notes are a little hard to follow on the board as he moves around alot drawing arrows etc... and doesn't have the best handwriting. Just ask if you don't understand, he's a good teacher and tries to make the class interesting.

Great guy... Very funny. You don't have to come to class, but he takes roll for tuition purposes. His tests are, however, mostly from the notes, so you really should be there or at least get them from a friend. I would definately recommend Rorak, though. It was never a dull class.

He is a really good teacher. He knows his stuff & he keeps it interesting. His teaching skills are everything, but dry. If you go to class, pay attention, and study a little bit, you will do fine. I pulled an A out of his class. In addition, he does give a few extra credit points on your final grade, which is def. a plus.

Great instructor. Class is very straight forward and easy to follow. If you pay attention and take notes you wont need to do much studying, at least I didn't. Tests are all muliple choice, but there are some "trick" questions that will get you with the wording if you're not careful. Overall, super easy class and great prof.

Great teacher. Best i so far at UWF. He is real down to earth and has a great personallity. Attendance is not required. Just take notes and study terms in the book and you will get an A. Also he gives you a chance to add 3 points to your final grade with extra credit!!

Pretty easy course. It's mostly just memorization of what he writes on the board and the examples he uses during his lectures for each legal scenario. Great sense of humor, teaches the terminology down-to-earth, and wants everyone to "make him proud." Just remember to memorize the terms the way he says it in the lectures and you'll do fine.

Easy class. The notes that he writes on the board during class are straight out of the chapter review at the end of each chapter. The tests pretty much come straight from the chapter review and any little extras in class that he may have talked about. He makes the class fun. I'd recommend taking Roark.
