Van Horn was the worst teacher I had ever had! He always picked on me and pointed me out everytime I did something wrong just to embarrass me in front of the entire class. He is very critical and never helpful.

Dean VanHorn is very rude and teacher biased. The student really doesn't have a chance with Dean Van Horn in charge. I was treated like a 5th grader and my intelligence was undermined by his snide remarks and biased opinion of his flawless faculty.
