Easy class. His lab is really boring. Most of the time he just reads from the .doc files online or babbles about stuff that is common sense. As long as you get a good group, go to every lab and finish your learning project on time you should do fine. I got a B and I pretty much did nothing.

Like the lecture, the lab was pretty much a waste of time. The stuff we did never really mattered. The only thing that did matter was test day. He's pretty lenient...just make sure u pick a good group to work with. Or else the service-learning project will be HELL!!!

Good class, must work hard and meet deadlines. Key is not to let him be to general, make him be specific. Favors girls with long hair. You'll work extremely hard for a B, but it's Cornerstone so it's going to be tough.

Terrible professor. Works hard at being a real pain in the ass. A lot of bogus writing assignments that take up crazy time, grades extremely hard on everything. Does offer a lot of help , only way to get a decent grade is to "let him help". One of those professors that thinks he has all the answers. A Pretty face and **** will get you an A/B.

Professor Mathews is a great teacher! He does show the most attention to pretty girls, but his class is fun considering it's Cornerstone. He lets class out early almost every session. He's a fair grader, but some of the assignment requirements aren't on the sheets on his web site, so make sure you pay attention to what he says to do during class!

Donavan Mathews.... nice guy, can be funny but korney. GET ON HIS GOOD SIDE and you will do well. He DOES play favorites but that can be a real plus... esp if your a young pretty girl. Talk to him about NASCAR and your in!!! Pretty fair grader... at least when HE grades your stuff instead of getting a Grad Student to do it.

Donovan Mathews is not the best teacher and is hard to follow. He tries to be nice and act friendly, but he is a totally pompous. This course is a joke and a jump-through-the-hoop session for UCF and the college of business. Prepare to do a lot of pointless nit-picky work for average grades, even if you work really hard.

What can I say about Cornerstone? It is torture so brace yourself. Mr.Mathews is a nice guy, but a bit creepy. If he tells you something, you better listen the 1st time. The assignments are long and complex, so if you can start working on everything as soon as you get into the course. You will have no extra time for anything once this class starts.

This guy is Horrible! He didn't care to help out the groups with information that was vital such as team special points. Which mean your team drops your lowest exam grade. he was too busy going to the beach than to care about making sure his froups were on task. he admitted to going to the beach instead of helping out.

Mathews is very strict on grammar, even though his website and materials are rampant with them. Then again, he already has his degree. Follow the guidelines for reports and you should do fine. He's a nice guy and easily approached. He lets class out early a lot and is willing to answer questions.
