Donna is the best! She is a tough grader and expects a lot, but she is one of the most positive people you will ever meet. She's also a licensed clinical psychologist, so she's very understanding and willing to talk about things not related to class, during her office hours.

Seriously the nicest person you will ever meet. She genuinely cares about you as a person. She has the most contagious laugh and doesn't make you feel stupid for asking dumb questions. Also, if you can take a study abroad with her, DO. She's just fabulous.

How can you not like Prof. McMillan? Engaging class discussions, affective integration of lecture and media, always willing to answer a question and take extra time for help outside of class. If you graduate with a psychology major having not taken a class from her, you are truly missing out.

McMillan is wonderful! I couldn't wait to go to her class, even though it was a longer class, the time flew by. I wish I could take every class from her. She takes large volumes of difficult material & breaks it down in class in an interesting & comprehensible way. She was willing to spend time answering specific questions in class. Take her class!

Donna is a wonderful professor. I love her. Helpful, knowledgable, and she allows for a LOT of classroom discussion. Even in intro psych which is unheard of. You must take a class with her before you leave Olaf. I want to marry her.
