Professor Vaughan is the sweetest lady. She genuinely cares about her students and makes the class fun. I really enjoyed going to class. Her lectures are super interesting and anyone who thought her tests were hard OBVIOUSLY didn't study because she tells you exactly what will be on them and even has study groups. Awesome professor.

The MOST annoying teacher i've ever had. Her voice is horrible! I was really interested in this class at first, but with all the work she makes you do (has to be exactly what she asks... even made the whole class rewrite an assignment because it wasn't detailed enough/long enough!) makes it a total joy kill. Work=HELLA HARD get another teacher NOW!

thought she was nice (even though her voice drove me crazy "mmkay", and hard to stay awake), but it's an act, when a friend accidently marked matching section of test on the test instead of scantron, she was not understanding and gave her a C instead of an A.Tests=hard. Class=boring.

she is really sweet and passionate about what she studies. The only thing you have to really study for is the tests...VERY DIFFICULT! You have to like nutrition to stay awake in that class too.

She truly cares about her students.. She wants everyone to learn and do well. Tests are not bad if you listen in class and do a reasonable amount of studying. Yes, her voice is pretty annoying, but she's very sweet and a great teacher, so its ok
