She was a horrible professor. You had to memorize the review sessions and everything she SAID because she would say the answers were from the notes but they weren't they were on what she said and wrote on the board. But she would write like she was writing on paper on the board and talked extremely quiet. Glad she finally retired.

Not sure if she is still teaching, but I had nearly a 4.0 yet somehow received a C in Perspectives on Peace. The participation policy revolves on honesty (which most people are not). The paper is pointless, I feel she had favorites, and I did not learn anything more than if I read on my own. Save your time, money, and GPA!

I had her for phil. of religion...she has high standards and is strict, but nice. She gives you all the questions for her tests ahead of time...BUT not the answers and sometimes it is difficult to arrive at the right answer. Some of her grading is SUBJECTIVE, meaning, if she does not like it or agree with it....its WRONG! Paper is a bit difficult.

I took Sr. Haney for Philosophy of Religion. The course isn't too bad. She is somewhat difficult and the material is very hard to understand. The good thing is that she tells you what will be on the quizzes so just memorize your notes and you will do fine. Quizzes are all essays so memorize everything. She is a sweet lady and very intelligent.

She's a very sweet person as long as you're on her good side. She tries to be helpful. She is a good teacher but one thing I did not like about this class is that she treats us all like we're Platos when we're just taking this class b/c we have to. She gives a LOT of notes. Nice person, somewhat difficult teacher.

Her opinion is right and your's is wrong, unless you agree with hers. First day of class, told us that she does not give A's because an A means you're perfect and nobody is perfect but God. She ruined a friend of mine's 4.0 GPA.

She means well, but she has her beliefs and she feels anything else is wrong. She gives you the quiz and answers the class before the quiz, so you just memorize it and ace the quizzes.

I don't know why a lot of people complain about her. She may be alittle boring, but she is a nice lady. Her tests are very easy and gaining 30 participation points is not as hard as it seems. The paper is easy just as long as you understand what you are doing and put some time into it.

She shouldn't be teaching anymore. Her class is a joke. She wants everyone to memorize what comes out of her mouth and its not possible. Don't even bother with her class. Take someone else!

do not take philosophy w/ her whatever you do...you actually have to memorize every single thing word for exact word and if you make any grammar or spelling mistakes she takes off a ton of points. her notes make absolutley no sense at all and neither does she. i never hated a class as much as this

Like Dr. Decelles, very narrow-minded toward opinions, she literally gives you the test to study for, but you have to memorize word for word, and she grades you on your grammars mistakes on tests (bogus). Paper=hard and the format of the paper is beyond bizzare. Don't like ^, then don't take her!

I had Persp. on Pursuit of Peace. Save the money - take something else. She's a nice lady - honestly, but I found her confusing, difficult, and the paper she gives is a joke. You are forced to participate...hope you're not shy and like talking...

Gives you test questions, but notes are not always clear enough to get your answers. Need 30 class participations and there's a hard paper. If you have a good memory take her cuz if you memorize stuff she said word for word you'll be fine.
