Definitely the most ethical of the social work teachers at UTC, aside from maybe Dr. Doolittle who I have no real experience with. Yes, she was not a perfect teacher, but please compare apples to apples here - compare her with her peers and you'll find that she excelled head and shoulders above the rest in regards to the things that REALLY matter.

She changed my life. I feel that some of the comments on this page are very disrespectful. Dr. Williams changed the lives of many. She will be missed and is an icon in Social Work. The way many of you speak on this page I PRAY SOCIAL WORK IS NOT THE FIELD YOU ARE COMING INTO. Have some respect!

I wish I had checked here before taking her class! Do not take her course. She has no clue what she is talking about, will contradict herself on the same ppt slide, forgets what she tells the class, and has an incomprehensible grading method. I had a solid A in the course and studied for the final, yet I made a 61 because her exams are ridiculous.

This teacher is awful. I thought i could take this class as an easy A. Its is the opposite. She is old and talks really quite and contradicts herself. She lost one of my papers and my midterm. She makes you sign a sheet of paper when you turn in a test or homework so that she makes sure you took it. she walks with a walker and is very frustrating!

not an easy A like other say. she tells ya what is on test but you still cant make an A. she treats you like a baby and ya think class would be easy but this was my lowest grade of the year. she is dull and REALLY old. she uses a walker. i dreaded going 2 her class everyday and so did my friends. she needs 2retire. trust me and take something else

shes a really nice lady but she is confusing. she might even contradict herself. if you ask for help she might but at her own time and terms. go to class a lot of the test is just lecture and movie info. its not hard once you get a hang of things. dont get frustrated! she gives you all the info you need to pass. not the best but an easy grade!

super easy class. she's a very nice professor & is very understanding of absences. don't get frustrated when you start failing minor assigments at first because they are almost nonexisting when comparing it to your final grade. easy A. don't ask her to explain anything it's even more confusing. textbook: USELESS! take the class!

Professor Williams was very nice and her class was fun. You watch a lot of movies. The midterm and tests are very easy. Her final is a group presentation, which was really easy. It is so much easier than psychology. If you want an easy A, take her!

She's nice, but she definately doesn't follow the syllabus and her grading is a little fishy on the projects. The tests were over movies that we watched in class, so it was really easy.
