Very kind professor. It's time he should retire soon though. Very forgetful and often makes topics confusing due to the fact that he also can not see too well. His tests are easy but the way they are set up makes it difficult to score well even if you know majority of material.

I had him for the recitation class for CHE151...He was completely horrible, never took attendance and that's what matter. Very slow at explaining material when he did it, barely went over anything, just handed you papers and tells you to work on it as he sits there on the computer. Didn't help me with chem, so I got a tutor.

i honestly loved dr. leo. although his tests were hard, homework was done online and easy enough to boost your final grade. he was always there if you needed help, he's very friendly and actually pretty funny if you pay attention. to be brief, this class was an experience. would recommend!

Class was awful. Seems like a nice person, but absolutely horrid class. Speaks in the most low key monotonus tone. Very difficult to absorb anything when you're planning how to break out of class early. Absolutely dreadful class and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Wanted to like the class/teacher, but no go. Avoid at all costs.

He does have a monotonous tone, but he teaches straight out of the notebook that you buy (a lot cheaper than a book). Take lots of notes and fill out the book (attend class) and you'll do well..I ended up with a 98 as an overall grade because it was basic memorization. This class is not impossible if your willing to do the work. Tests--from notes

He talks in a monotone. I had taken chemistry twice in high school and understood it very well, but yet I got a D in Leo's class. His tests are so tricky no matter how hard you study you can't do well. I dreaded going to class. Never seemed to want to help my friends or I.

Dr. Leo is a fabulous teacher. He is rough in the beginning of the semester, but quickly becomes a sly joker... very low key voice, very loki attitude. The best electrons always come in pairs.
